VÉYÈR is a basic substance under European Regulation (EC) 1107/2009.
What is a basic substance?
A basic substance is a substance whose main use is not plant protection, but which is useful for protecting plants and whose safety is recognized. This status, set out in Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009, allows for a controlled use without a standard market-authorization procedure.
What this means for VÉYÈR
As a basic substance, VÉYÈR cannot be presented as a standard plant-protection product. Our communications describe its observed effects (stimulating natural defenses, barrier effect) without any claim to treat or cure, in line with this framework.
